My Treatment Approach
I offer individual therapy services that address a wide range of emotional challenges. In a welcoming and supportive environment, I provide a highly personalized approach, carefully tailored to your unique needs to facilitate meaningful personal growth.
You can always expect to be met with empathy, fairness, and a non-judgmental perspective.
I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process between us. To achieve the best outcomes, it is essential for both of us to actively and fully engage in the therapeutic journey.
As trust begins to develop, my focus remains on understanding your personal history, exploring the meanings you assign to your life, identifying behaviors or thought patterns that may be hindering your growth, and offering new or alternative perspectives on your current experiences.
It's important to acknowledge that psychotherapy can present both benefits and risks. Engaging in therapy often involves discussing challenging aspects of your life, which may evoke uncomfortable emotions such as sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, or helplessness. You may also find yourself considering changes that could impact your current relationships.
However, psychotherapy has been shown to offer significant benefits, including improved relationships, solutions to specific problems, and substantial reductions in distress. While these outcomes are often achieved, it is essential to understand that results can vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
After an initial 50-minute consultation, we will typically schedule a series of weekly sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. If needed, more frequent appointments or extended sessions can be arranged to best support your therapeutic journey.
